How do i make a DVD autorun again?

on the disc is the folder VIDEO_TS and file desktop.ini

How can i make it autorun on insertion again?

A VideoDVD is launched by an application, usually a media viewer, like MS Media Player.
A DataDVD should have a small application, which is launched upon insertion.

The behaviour is dictated by Windows (or Linux or MacOS), and can be enabled or disabled. A VideoDVD is launched by default on any standalone player.
