Hello. I don't know how to describe it best but some of my TV anime discs looks like they have aliasing during playback. When i had them on my HDD, there was nothing like that at all.

Simply to say, when you watching video, some drawing lines are "steppy, aliasing" and best visible during movement scene.

I'm not using any downscaling before burning, putting them on DVD as is. Maybe this gotta be related to burner ?
Using ImgBurn and Nero 9, suspecting ImgBurn because had no problems with Nero.

pls suggest me the better way of burning .mp4 files onto DVD-DL discs

This has nothing to do with your burner or ImgBurn/Nero.

Either you did an improper encode or your player has a deinterlace filter turned on causing the artifacts.

Use Nero 9 if you said you have no problems herewith.
