Nero CD-DVD Speed

I installed K/Probe and after that CD-DVD speed only recognizes my dvd players hooked up to the mobo but none of the external USB DVD burners which it did before. K/probe wouldn't recognize the external burners either at first but there was a option for SPTI and that got K/Probe to see all the DVD drives in my system but Neor CD-DVD speed still only see's the mobo connected drives and not the external usb drives.
Anybody know how to fix this?
