my accer proj have the inputs of composite, rgb,and s-video
what will be the best connection between these 2 devices to get the best video

Based on what you reported, composite is your only option.

You can get YPbPr -> RGB or HDMI -> RGB converters (look on eBay) but check what resolutions your projector supports. What type of RGB input does it have? VGA or 4/5x BNC?

You said in the other thread the DVD player has a SCART output - if it can output RGB on this and your projector has RGB + composite sync inputs (usually BNC connectors, and ones that support 480i/576i) you should be able to connect these together, although you may have to make your own adaptor as they are not easy to find.
