How to pick and choose which chapter to backup - Tools needed

Hi,
I have a DVD which has 45 chapters. Each chapter is a Song Video. I want to pick and choose which chapters I wish to back up. I do not want to back up all 45.

Can you point to a tool that can help me. I looked at DVDFab7 and also DVD Shrink 3.2 and those did not seem to have selectable chapter feature for backup.

Any tips ? Pls provide some details as well as reference to multiple tools if possible.

Using DVD Decrypter in IFO Mode you can select chapters (one or multiple) to decrypt to the hard drive
