How to Extract audio from MKV.?

Please anybody tell me how I extract (single) audio from a dual audio mkv..? kindly not just tell me the app, tell me the procedure too.

By the way, do you think you will get more attention by increasing the font size of your post?

If you really ONLY want to extract one audio stream you could also use mkvtoolnix.

I have the mkvtoolnix, but didn't know how to do that with this.....
I didn't understand about font size....its smaller or bigger..?
