I have burnt a dvd movie with imgburn. (All dvds I talk about here are movies that I have filmed and edited myself). I can see it in Mediaplayer but not Mediaplayer Classic (I can only hear the sound) AND, this is my problem, it doesnt work with my dvd player connected to the TV. I get green pixel disturbances when I view it in the standalone DVD player and then it stops! My other older DVDs, also made with the same software, can I watch in both PC and TV. I have two questions:
1 How do I get my newly burnt dvd to work with my standalone dvd-player?
2 Why does not Media Player Classic in my PC work with my new dvd since this program plays all the older ones?
The answer to this second question is not so important since all dvd:s work with Windows Media Player in my new pc. I guess that somehow Vista helps Media Player Classic but with my old win 2000 computer without service packs Media Player Classic cant work. I use the same version of Media Player Classic so you can rule that out. Different drives though.
My new dvds are verbatim +r and +rw and both dont work in my standalone dvd player.
I have played old burnt dvd:s verbatim +r and -r and both dvds work in my standalone dvd player.
all dvds are single layer.
any help out there..?
