H264 free until 2015

I searched forum about this but i did not find any topic (or did i search wrong?!) so thought i should open it.

What do you think will happen with h264 year 2016? Will it still be be free or not..

I don't understand this so well You also won't be able to use H.264 encoded video for anything other than free, private, personal use unless you are willing to pay.

Does this mean i will be able to use my h264 encoded videos at home.. i mean to view or edit it on my PC.. but i will not be allowed to share it with others on the web?

Sharing your (Copyright is with you) Encoded stuff with others for Free is a normal Consumer Personal use case, so nope you wont have to pay for that after 2015 (other then the service that provides you the sharing base, all the Tube services, Social Networks and Cloud Spaces with Streaming), though if you share something for free in a Commercial driven use case it looks different.
So if Dislikeyou LTD,AS,GmbH,KF,AG amm shares something for Free after 2015 it looks different then if "Dislikeyou Name" shares something for Free in Private use, though with all the Law changes the last years who knows how long that still will be the case in the future :(
