Noobie need help with HDTV Source

I recorded a video file with my Avermedia HDDVR Card the other day and it recorded in 720p (MPEG2-PS File) @ 60fps, I know that what I recorded is mixed framerate/VFR, but I have no clue how to encode into VFR with avisynth or how to properly get the 60fps down to 30 or 24 with avisynth

Large parts of that sample are 30fps, so a simple:

SelectEven()

should do the job OK. If you really want to encode as VFR, then someone else will have to help.

Hmm, You don't know of a way to do VFR?

I tried Decomb521VFR but get error messages when trying to use that.
