I downloaded the Haali Splitter from the BD-Rebuilder Bug Thread, but Inspect tells me it's not the correct version. What is the correct version and where do I get it?

The one from the first thread is the correct one. You need to uninstall the version you have and then delete the folder created thru the install process; look in C:\Program Files\Haali.
Reboot and install the one jdobbs has linked, and all should be well! :)

You also might have to reconfigure the video decoder. I've found that my machine gives me error messages or doesn't encode unless I set VC1 in the ffdshow video configuration to libavcodec. This is flagged in the Inspect utility but is the only thing that works for me.
