I am trying to this new problem I got since yesterday. I am getting a little more impatient because, I didn't find anyone solved this issue yet (or they didn't post online).

Infos:

MeGUI: 3.4.0 (then updated to dev version, but still don't work) now version is 3.4.13
Avisynth: tried 2.5.5, 2.6.0a, 2.5.8 and also 2.6.0 A2
OS: Windows Server 2008 Standard SP2 64-bit

I can load the source MKV into Avisynth Creater fine then do everything fine (even preview works). The problem only occurs when I hit "START" to start encoding the queued files. This is the error message

I thought it might be my file but I downloaded a 1080p movie sample from the internet and it still showing the same thing :(

Much appreciated for reading.

UPDATE: It seems that this problem occurs because of the queued audio files. I tried encoding only the video and it worked without problems. For audios. I just through in the video+audio files in the audio box. For example, if my source is .AVI then I just browse the AVI file in that box (same for .MKV source).

SOLVED !!

Ok, most likely you've installed Divx Codec Pack if you have this line your error message: Fault Module Name: DMFSource.ax
It will work if you remove that file. It's located in %ProgramFiles%\DivX\DivX Plus DirectShow Filters\DMFSource.ax

Phew! Now MeGUI is making me happy again :D
