I had my output path set to my DVD burner. When I reset it to a temp folder it worked. How does rebuilder know what size to rebuild the movie to, I mean it does not know what size blank disk you are going to use??

On DVD Rebuilder (Pro), it is on the SETTINGS menu. On BD Rebuilder it is on the SETTINGS/OUTPUT OPTIONS menu. The freeware version of DVD Rebuilder always outputs to DVD-5.

There are also hidden settings in the INI files that allow you to set the target sizes (in sectors).
