splittig a huge mkv file

Greetings,

I got a HDTV video which doesnot fit to my FAT32 drive due to 4GB filesize limitation. Is there a way to span this video to two files, without reencoding. Just to make from cideo.mkv video.part1.mkv and video.part2.mkv files
