View Full Version : Problem using MPEG Layer-3 Encoding with DVDx 1.7

I just tried to encode a DVD with the new Version of DVDx (v1.7). Therefore I chose under "Output Settings" -> "Audio Codec" the MPEG Layer-3 Encoding.
But when I try to start the process, the program tells me the following: "Error initialising audio stream compression".
But I have this Codec installed. I use Win98. When I look at the codecs, which are installed, I find the "Lame MP3 Encoder ACM" (the one I try to use)...
So where's the problem? Why does the program not see, that this Codec is installed right now?
