2 angle Interactive back-up

It's been a couple of years since I backed up one of these, and I've changed my programs of preference over that time. Can anyone explain, step-by-step how to do this with DVD Fab Gold (Payware)? (If you try it the "normal" way, you get VOB files that flip back and forth between the angles. I know in Decrypter you can rip selecting angle 1 then again angle 2; but I don't see any angle choices in DVD Fab.)

I assume you're talking about backing up to a format other than DVD, since the mixed-angle VOBs would not be of concern within a DVD structure. Rip as usual, then run PGCDemux against every IFO in Title Mode and demux (and/or remux) the streams by angle into separate subfolders.
