file size problems

I'v done several backups of my DVD with Nandub 2pass/1CD without any problems. Lately tried to encode 127 min AC/DC concert -Nandub 2pass 2/CD. I did 14 compessibility tests using different .avs and resolutin, from small to quite big. Every time test failed. Stats show me about 36-48%. What is wrong?

please post some more info, like the log file from gKnot, the avs file, minimum resolution used, basically everything you have done so far. Or the simple truth may be that you should go for 3CD if you want compressability at 65-70%. It can help to add some noisereduction also.

That's right! This AC/DC concer is a piece of sh...it needs 3CD! Finally I did it with DivX4/2pass/2CD, but the result isn't as good as I want.
