The former states web apps must keep a "download source" link, but only if such existed originally.
The latter states web apps must provide their source.
Am I interpreting it correctly? Does it mean AGPLv3 users basically have to create a whole sub-program to display updated source code, before they can use the AGPLv3 program? That is, while AGPLv1 users don't have to do anything (just not remove the link, if it even exists)?
