where can I download the IfoEdit.help file ?

When I run download IfoEdit ,I click the F1 key ,expecting the basic help file to pop up ,instead a message comes up " IfoEdit.help file not found" . So where can I download the IfoEdit.help file ?

I'm afraid such help file has never existed. :( As the F1 key was not set to "do nothing", this should be regarded as an annoying "design flaw".
