h264 videoeditor based on mp4box or something like this

The problem of frame accurate editing of h264 files without re-encoding the source exists and there is no solution for now, I know this. BUT:

Here is what I want to find: simple editor with video preview. Timeline that allows to cut video track and audio track independently. Video can be cutted by keyframes only. That suits me allright. I guess ACC audio track can be cutted in any place, but if not, it may be imported to project as wave or reencoded. All of these can be made with mp4box (YAMB+mp4box), (and foobar for audio reencoding),

but it would be much comfortable to work on timeline. The ideal video editor for me is Womble MPEG video wizard (small, fast), but it's impossible to export h264 without reencoding.

Avidemux still works awful with h264 and it hasn't independent audio/video tracks on timeline.

What would you recommend as an editor? Does such editor exist?

Avidemux still works awful with h264 and it hasn't independent audio/video tracks on timeline.

Avidemux 2.6, currently available as "experimental" version, will have much improved native support for H.264 streams as input.

In the meantime you can use DGAVCIndex or FFmpegSource via Avisyth Proxy. That of course isn't an option, if you want to cut without re-encoding.
