DVD rebuilder creates dgdecode projects with Frame_Rate=23976

As the title says. It does not matter if the dvd is FILM or interlaced or hybrid.
It always create the degdecode projects with Frame_Rate=23976.

Is that behaviour normal?
It afect the framerate of the encoded video if it is interlaced, or PAL, or anything not Film?

Thanks.That's how it's supposed to work. A common denominator framerate is used for encoding because that's the only way hybrid streams can be handled correctly by a standard encoder, it really doesn't matter as long as the framecount doesn't change -- then the output is reset to the correct framerate and the flags are reestablished to their original state during rebuild.

I think you're mistaken about PAL, though, unless it is using pulldown.

My question about PAL was only an example.
My only 4 PAL dvds are FILM accelerated to 25 fps, so nothing to worry about.
