How to mux silent MPEG with multiple language AC3s?

Okay, I'm originally coming out of Adobe Premiere Pro which gives me a silent DV AVI, which I then feed into MEncoder for flexible and comfortable MPEG-2 encoding. On the other hand, I have two different language tracks for that video in WAV which I can easily encode to AC3 either via MEncoder or Audition.

Now, how do I mux the encoded MPEG with the two AC3s, setting one track as default, and both switchable during playback? My desired destination container is a multi-lingual .mpeg as I've seen quite a few of before. I don't want no VOB, no MKV, and no solution with two separate files, one for video, one for audio, such as M2V + M2A, just a plain, simple .mpeg.

Now, I could be using Encore, but that only either gives me a VOB on a blank disk, or an Image file on my HDD, both with an additional separate menu to switch between languages, but what I need is simply a multi-lingual .mpeg on my HDD.

I'm rather fond of being able to use MEncoder here to encode my MPEG, all I really need is a way to mux these three encoded files (.mpeg + 2 AC3s) into a multi-lingual .mpeg. BTW, I also have ProCoder 3, if that helps any. Any freeware way for multi-lingual muxing would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

AFAIK you can have only 1 audio in a MPEG-2 PS (I mean a file having the extension .MPG). Multi-audio can only (again AFAIK) be muxed as private streams, like the non-standard audio formats (strangely enough AC-3 is one of them) or the subtitles.

Once you muxed the 2 audios together with 1 video as a MPEG-2 PS, you may also want to play it.

The safest way is to mux them as TS (DVB, BD etc.).

But maybe someone else (a developer) has a better idea.

The original MPEG specs were designed for MPEG-Video and MPEG-Audio. "Strangely enough", MP3 is not supported by VCD, SVCD and DVD. :mad:
