I've encoded using the following bat file :

Bitrate is too high. I'm muxing now, but i'm almost sure that i'm screwed, and result will be too big to fit on BD-R...
I'll redo the encoding this night (fortunately, i've just received my i7@980 yesterday...), removing only --non-deterministic to see if it's the guilty...

BTW, is it normal to have bitrate over the expected, and with a so big difference ?:confused:

Remove one or both of --qpmin 0 and --qpstep 2 , or set them to more sane values - just removing qpmin (=setting it to 10) would likely result in a much lower bitrate than specified.

Removing --non-deterministic doesn't changed anything.
I'll ask for 27300 bitrate result, expecting it will not be over 27400...

Like said by many people in your other threads, the options set for x264 in the bat file are senseless, first you set placebo and the override most of the things it sets anyway.
Now that you know the Avg QPs , you can somewhat predict the bitrate for CRF (or even CQ) encodes at some values.

Don't use 40Mbit for max if you're planing to burn BD-Rs and play them on BD players- always leave some room.
