floppy disk drive

Hi guys I am having this strange problem, when try to access

floppy drive, an error comes up saying that " the selected disk

drive is not in use " I take the disk out and insert it again but

still doesn't work.

I checked the BIOS, it sayas that no floppy drive is install "

don't know how could be installed in BIOS

I am running WIN XP Professionsal
