I'm copy my movies to a FAT32 drive that I have plugged into my PlayStation 3. As a result I'm remuxing into 4GB m2ts files since FAT32 doesn't recognize larger than 4GB files (and Playstation 3 unfortunately doesn't recognize NTFS)

Is there anything out there like TsMuxer that has a queuing capability so I an queue up multiple files to remux from mkv to m2ts?

BatchEnc plus mkvextract OR MKVCleaver alone, followed by Batchenc + TSMuxer CLI.

Or multiAVCHD with VOLUME SPLIT at each playlist/title.

How about but MKV2VOB? VOB works fine on PS3 anyway. Has m2ts output format also but that seems odd considering the name of the program?

You were asking about and now you're suggesting a program. Use the one which works for you.
