ogg in mka to ac3 [Archive]

Hi, I need tool that can make from ogg stream that is in mka, ac3 adio as final result.

I tried eac3.to, but it don t worked.

Try with Foobar2000 (right-click -> Convert -> ...) configuring Aften like output encoder (Parameters= -readtoeof 1 - %d).
