Hi everyone,
I have a simple problem. I have 30 mp4's with the following characteristics:

ID : 1
Format : AVC
Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
Format profile : Main@L3.0
Format settings, CABAC : Yes
Format settings, ReFrames : 16 frames
Codec ID : avc1
Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video Coding

In it's current state, this video will not play on my Sony PSP because it contains 16 Reframes. The same video with only 3 Reframes works on my PSP. Re-encoding all 30 videos is not an option. Therefore I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to change these videos so that they only have 3 Reframes instead of 16 without re-encoding, and;
2. If it's possible, what's the easiest, noob friendly way of doing it such that the resultant file has the same (or as close to it as possible) video and audio quality of the original?
