Im unable to play video with DTS-MA audio with my Windows Media Player Classic, the video plays fast forward. Im using the latest Core AVC codec with Haali Media Splitter and the latest AC3 filter to play the video. What am I missing?

I am able to play it with VLC Player but then I can not use the Gains/Equalized settings I want and VLC does not use the fastest video encoding so my CPU cant play them very well...

If you're using AC3Filter, you aren't decoding anything but the DTS core anyway. Try remuxing the vid with just the core after pulling it out using eac3to.

Start with the original Blu-ray disc. Use eac3to to demux the relevant audio and video, but pass --core as an argument to the output destination of the DTS audio track. This will strip everything AC3Filter can't decode. Then mux it with your video as you would ordinarily.
