Good MeGUI's guide on internet?

Hi, I'm using MeGUI for convert my videos (DVDs, AVIs, etc) to compliant videos for my iPod Touch 3G. I know how to use MeGUI and I know about video enconding, but I want a guide of x264 in MeGUI, that explains all the options in detail. I couldn't find any good and new guide of x264, so if you know one please tell me. Thank you! Bye...

Well, forgive my english, it's not my native language. Unfortunately that doesn't help me, it's the same help of MeGUI and it's not very detailed about the function of every option. Well, thanks anyway...
