"New Moon" and DVD Fab Gold problem

Hi,
I'm trying to back up my copy of New Moon with DVD Fab Payware and it just endlessly does that opening DVD with the timebar. Anyone having success with this one?

Have you tried it with PathPlayer turned ON?

Have you tried it with PathPlayer set to AUTO?

slightly different problem. after 1.2 sweeps of the media scan it quits, and goes kind of blank, like there's no disc in the drive. tried all settings of path..., no difference.

using dvdfab 7.0.2.5
