1. I am wondering if there is an way to calculate the average quantization of a video. If there's a way to check the compressibility of a video without loosing much data. For example: For some videos, low nominal bitrate is same if not better than higher nominal bitrate. This means the bitrate is meaningless - video @ 700mb = video @ 1400mb. Does it make sense? :p
2. Is it possible to check if a video has been encoded via. 1-pass CBR or multiple-pass (2-pass+)?
