Stuttering playing specific h264 encode

Hello people. I'm having problems playing a specific h264 video file. This is the first 1080p h264 encode that I have problems playing back, with or without DVXA. Would it be possible for me to upload the sample (38 seconds 60MB mkv file) for anyone to test playback on their computers? It's part of a sample I downloaded off the web, and I don't own it. If I can't provide a sample, what else can I do to help you help me?

I have a Core 2 Duo 2.5GHz and ATI 4870, decoding with ffdshow_rev3305_20100304_clsid_icl10.
