Hi,
How to convert an audio file from 25fps (PAL) to 23.976fps (NTSC) in order to change it's lenth.
I've tried with MediaCoder but it doesn't work, maybe the settings weren't right, anyway, if you know how to do it with MediaCoder that would be great, if not please tell me how to do it some other freeware.
Thanks.

I use BeSweet and a PAL to NTSC preset. Others might use eac3to.

OK thank you.
EDIT:
So I've tried the two softs, the file encoded with BeSweet is kind of laggy (I don't know if it's the exact word in english), and eac3to just does nothing, I mean the the encoding doesn't even start.

If by 'laggy' you mean the audio is no longer synched with the video but plays slightly later, then I've noticed that as well. I usually set a delay of -200 ms to compensate. I don't use eac3to myself, but there's a GUI available for its use. I don't know if you used it or not. Maybe someone that's used eac3to for this purpose can help out.

no, by laggy I mean the audio is discontinious (the dictionary says "jerky").

I did it with Audacity, but it's kinda killing a fly with a tank.
