I am still searching for answer.
I just installed .NET Framework 1.1
tried with Avisynth 2.5.8
tried with an older version of FFDShow
now it's a new problem after I installed that .NET Framework 1.1

Uhm, not I can't dump her yet. We just got married a couple hours ago. By the way, I have solved the problem :( Sad face because I now have triple OS'es running and I can make all of them work without this BePipe.exe error, it wasn't anything to do with the OS!

Solution
All you have to do is install .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
Make sure it has "Service Pack 1" or "SP1" at end because there is another version without that and that 3.5 (without SP1) didn't work. All I knew was to have .NET Framework 2.0 (which is required for MeGUI to work somehow) and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (required to get rid of BePipe.exe error mentioned above). I don't know why it's working but I hope this is somehow helpful :\
