Hi all,
this is my first post and I hope to be in the right place.
I'm writing a capturing software that uses a capture card and writes the stream into a video clip file.
I would like to use the XVid encoder directshow filter in order to encode the video stream.
The question is... how to set the encoding params (mainly the bitrate) directly by code in runtime?
Is there a specific interface that I can use?
Other ways?
I'm using Visual Studio 2008 VB.net and DirectShow.Net library.
Any help will be very appreciated.
