DVD2SVCD muxing failure

I have been using this programme to convert avi to dvd format quite happily for some time now. However recently I contracted a very nasty virus on my pc and had to reformat. Once this was done I downloaded the entire bundle again and reinstalled it, but now when i try and convert an avi it gets as far as muxing and then fails. Has anyone got any ideas what i can do to fix this. Ive tried reinstalling but no good. Please help :confused:

I'm not personally familiar with "DVD2SVCD", but I'd ask you if it possibly requires any codecs that, although on your earlier setup, did not find their way into your reformatted setup...

first of all your post is in the wrong subforum, no wonder that none of the DVD2SVCD specialists has found it. Can a mod please move this thread to the "One Click Suites..." forum...

And then there is of course not enough information for a qualified help. :logfile:
We need the DVD2SVCD log, the BeSweet log and the Mplex log.

So right now I can only guess...
What audio format does your source have? If it is not a DVD compliant audio format then make sure that you haven't checked the "Do not convert audio" checkbox.
Also if your audio is mono it will not mux correctly.
