I encoded the movie "Rock Star" which is 1 hr. 46 min in length. After the coding was finished I checked the two mpg files for picture, sound, sync etc. When going through the second (01) file all of a sudden the SOUND just stopped and the picture continued on just fine ? I threw the mp2 sound file into Windows media player - It was only 1 hr and 15 minutes long !! Hmmmmmmm ??
I went to crash recovery and ran the AC3 file through BeSweet again. It went though the gain detection stage just fine - all the way up to 1 hr 46 min and a few seconds ( to the END of the movie ). BeSweet then kicked in to the transcoding phase - I watched as the time went up to 1 Hr and 15 minutes and then SHUT DOWN ?? and DVD2SVCD went into CCE and started the creation of the VAF file for CCE.
Anybody have any idea what happened here ? The audio is about 31 minutes short of the video ? I am using the latest version of DVD2SVCD 1.0.6 bulid 1 with BeSweet 1.0 in place of BeSweet .95. I might also add I used this combination for TWO other movie encodes and everything went fine.

Seems like there is a bug somewhere in BeSweet according to this thread started by Markrb ..

- I am going to have to go back to the 1.0.5 version without BeSweet at least for this movie ..
