what encoders?
Megui or Staxrip ...... and others.
All the encoders use same program(=x264.exe), don't they?

They are GUIs, not encoders. Yes, with the same settings, used filters (if any) and x264 revisions, quality should be the same.

The output will not be perfectly identical (when you look at files, visually they'll be identical or you won't notice any difference) because most tools will set the encoder (x264.exe) to use several threads (as they should) and when you use several threads, there are very small differences each time you encode the same thing.

Multiple runs with the same number of threads are deterministic, as long as you don't use VBV.

Now i know it's an error that i considered GUIs as Encoders.
Thank you guys~!
