i grabbed my vob family film to divx, and the video-audio unsycronized (ok i know its usally)! i played with the interliving, and i made my films end correctly (the audio and video was ok) BUT!!!!
when i checked my film's middle part, the sounds was unsyncronized!!! (or asyncronized)
so what the hell can i to do? im really don't know, so help me please!

first of all, unsync audio/video is not normal. i never got sync issues, maybe u use the wrong encoding tool (flask?).
we need more info - what software do you use, what audio format do you use (mp3,wma,ac3), did you downsample, is your system fast enough for divx playback, (is the delay value of your ac3 > 0) etc...
you should also search the forum for this topic, it has been discussed so many times...

the divx codec on 1300 kbps...
that all! oh, and i grabb an one and half our film, 10-12 hours along! its not to mutch? i have k7-600 athlon, with 256 ram...

after re-reading your first post i know this isn't meant to be an ironic comment ;)
i grad audio in 128 kb mp3(44 khz 16 bit stereo)!
i guess downsampling from 48 to 44khz caused your sync problem.
as long as your soundcard can handle 48khz there is no need to downsample. downsampling is known for causing sync problems.
to fix it try this -> http://168.144.91.167/nickyguides/audio-synch.htm
so just tell me what do u use, and how
try 'gordian knot'.
follow the steps of doom9's gknot guide and you'll end up with a nice rip without any sync problems.

mp3 knows 48 khz? cause i searched, but i didnt found it in my sample list! if my soundcard knows 5.1 signal out, than it can sample at 48khz, or its hardver specifyc?
what kind of soundcard knows surely sample at 48khz?

Instead of fiddling around with an old outdated conversion method stop being a lazybone and learn the audio encoding method of the experts :D :
1. Extract the AC3 from your DVD ( Smartripper, stream processing ) or from your VOB files ( DVD2AVI, demux )
2. Download BeSweet or HeadAC3he from Doom9 ( praise him that he will give you the required bandwidth for free ;) )
3. Load the AC3 into one of them and transcode it to Lame ABR/VBR MP3, best by using the --alt-preset <bitrate> switch. You may downsample to 44.1 KHz here if your soundcard cant do 48 KHz in hardware, as ssrc.dll is used in floating point precision there is no negative effect on sound quality or sync.
4. Finally mux your video ( AVI, containing the async sound, it will be replaced ) and your new hi-quality MP3 sound file in nandub and enjoy it.
All steps are described very well in the appropriate guides from Doom9.
