Stop Motion effect on video clip

Thank you for your reply, but I have already seen that post and I am not looking for Stop Motion Recording with On Location. I just want to apply a filter or something for an easy way of getting stop motion effect on an existing video clip in the timeline. Something like freezing every 10th frame for a set time.

use frame hold or time remap

there are instructions in the manual

if you're still lost, describe exactly what you want to do

Or the strobe effect (that's what it is called in Premiere) will give you something like that.
