I happened to me that PGCdemux fails to see the audio delay. Twice this day. The demuxing process goes ok, the audio tracks are laid on HDD, but ...

Pgcdemux does not fail - there is no audio in first VOB (VobID).
Audio starts at next VOB (VobID).

You mean in the first cell/s?
Well, I'll have a look .... because the movies are at home.
But, coming back to the problem: supposing the audio delay would be 0ms, would it be a delay due to these extra cells? I mean if pgcdemux adds them to the video stream but has no audio to add to the audio stream ... or simply adds automatically "digital silence"?

Pgcdemux does nothing - just demux.
Choose demux by VOBID - check delay on second VOBID (only for checking, demux by PGC anyway).
Length of first VOBID + (possible) delay on second VOBID == delay for demuxed streams.

Thank you, it was indeed a problem with the cells.

In the end I demuxed the whole thing by VobId, as the main movie was indeed in a single VobId.

But I am curious about the warning, never happenend to me to see such a message.

Usually there are some cells removable with pgcedit. If you look in vobblanker there you will see that cells 1 through 10 have no relation with the movie and can be deleted.

Thank you for the answers, I knew that, I wanted to know why is that, I mean, why is there a discrepancy, shouldn't be the content of both tables identical, I mean, from the DVD specs... To bring an analogy wouldn't it be a sort of unDVD, the very same as the unCDs (Audio CDs that contain copy protections that do not follow the Red Book specs).
The DVD player is not confuse, so I assume that VTS_C_ADT has precedence over PGC_PBK if they mismatch.

Its a copy protection - it is to annoy customers and not to accomplish spec :-)
