Cell-ID Ripping

I generally use DVDFabHDDecrypter, but occasionally I come across a disc where the manufacturer used some shenanigans in how they laid out content and need to rip by Cell-ID, are there any programs other than the old, outdated DVDDecrypter that support this method?

You can use anydvd+dvddecrypter, or use pgcdemux to get the cells from the decrypted vobs with dvdfab

If you can play the DVD on your PC (PowerDVD, WinDVD whatever), you can use pgcdemux (in cell-split mode) directly on your DVD, no need to rip it beforehand.
