Hi, I have a Sony DCS-W290 digital camera that captures video in 720P with a file extension of "MP4". I'd like to burn these files onto a AVCHD disk that I can play in my Sony blu-ray player. I have Nero 9, but it doesn't reconized these files (I believe it thinks their audio files). What can I use to re-encode these files that would keep the 720P resolution and allow Nero to recognize them?
Thanks!

You don't need to re-encode just repackage if nero recognises mkv (not sure don't have nero) then you could remux using MKvtoolnix found here http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=120648
