Some files are still locked? (SmartRipper)

Hello,

Using the latest version of SmartRipper, ripped many encrypted DVD's before, had no problems. Came across Nightmare On Elm Street 3, gave me an error "Some files are still locked! Try to unlock with a player."

Does anyone have any solutions to this?

have you tried what smartripper suggests?
Try to play the movie with a software dvd player and when you have started the movie pause it and then run smartripper.
