MeGUI very large Audio Delay

how to solve MeGUI very large Audio Delay . when i create d2v file . i got a message very large Audio Delay. plz tell me how to solve this problem .

Either the delay is wrong and you can ignore it (set to 0ms; happend a couple of times to me) or it's right and you have to apply it. Encode one file with the delay and one with no delay and see which one syncs with your movie. If both don't sync you have a problem. :)

plz help me then how to solve this .the very large delay . & also when i creat d2v file there is file also created d2v.bad file .plz reply .
