nkk MeGUI Queue Extention

Hi. It's my first creative topic here and I hope it isn't bad idea.

There was a problem to enqueue many audio files into MeGUI job queue with identical encoding settings.
My program opens the MeGUI job queue and allows to add much files there with encodding settings of one of already enqueued files.

Clicking at `Settings` area of some job, allows to view some encoding settings.

1. Load job queue - this button is useful if queue was modified when program running.

2. Enqueue files - to enqueue much files using selected job as template, considering to source DELAY and destination extention.

3. Save job queue - saving new jobs into MeGUI queue.

Also, program supports some translation, to enable russian translation, rename `nkkMeGUIqe.ru.lng` to `nkkMeGUIqe.lng`

2) doesn't work with multiple passes
