What am I doing wrong.

OK I have tried for well over a week and I just cant get AMerican Pie 2 to work. Here is what I am doing step by step. Please let me know what Im doing wrong. IM me at anfonee1 on AIM if you feel like u want to or just post reply. Ok Start by ripping the disc on Smart ripper and using the backup feature. Then i open VOBrator and search the VOBs and write down the VOB ID#s which i do not want. Next I open IFOedit and open the IFOs and click on VOB extras, then unclick the VOB IDS i dont want and click strip VOB IDs. Next I go through and rip the audio on the movie. When that is done i go through and click on get VTS SEctors or whatever it is for every IFO, then make the disc region free and then go to RIP. Please let me know where i am straying because it wont let me burn, and when it does let me burn it doesnt work.... I can burn with Instant VOB and it doesnt work, but i can not burn with Primo, obviously cause im doing something wrong i really want to just get this done, thanks

do u want just the main movie. if so u don't have to strip the vob id's. just strip all the audio stream except for one. thatz all.
there are no angles in the dvd.

no, i want everything, but when i go to just make the main movie i follow Derrows guide and go into IfoEdit and open the movie click on VOB extras, then just check Correct IFO tables with new... and Create new VIDEO_ts.... then ok, and the program does something for like 15 minutes then when its done there are no new files in the destination folder or anywhere, anyone help me with this???

Rip the dvd, find which files contain the main movie. If by some chance it is contained in VTS_01_1.VOB... Then when you open IFO edit and select VOB Extras do everything you have been doing but on Destination Folder click the square button to the right and change to a new (empty) directory. This will create new VOB files in there and then create the new IFO files. I have found that it is also best to copy the original IFO files into the director before doing the IFO edit thing. Otherwise you will get an error about your IFO file not being found.
