megui audio encoding problem

i've been trying to encode an anime with megui so i can watch it on my cellphone.
Video was fine but there was no audio!
i thought it would be nero aac setting problem so i tried ALL possible settings...
When i turned off normalize peaks setting, i could finally hear something
but it was really really fast and sounded like chipmunk :P
I tried using others like Lame mp3, aften ac-3... etc
but it all gave out same result...
Anyone got a solution to this "chipmunk" problem?

Just in case anyone's curious,
i'm trying to encode zero-raw's Kimi ni Todoke ep15~17. (haven't tried to encode other episodes)

If all encoders make the same output, maybe the problem is the decoder.

I think MeGUI uses DirectShow like decoder for aac streams, then we can't know your DirectShow configuration.

Try other method to recode your audio: NeroAacDec, BeHappy (Bass decoder), Foobar2000, ...
