Quick question: where are the HQ-Slow(er) profiles? (MeGUI guide)

Hi,

I'm following the MeGUI guide to encode a DVD but in the video settings part, it says to "Choose the profile as either HQ-Slow or HQ-Slower."

I can't find any of those profiles in MeGUI. So, where are they located?
