What's the mencoder x264encopts for --slow-firstpass?

The title pretty much sums up my question. Since mencoder takes a slightly different syntax for the x264 options, I can't find the equivalent of --slow-firstpass.

Option x264encopts: Unknown suboption slow-firstpass
Option x264encopts: Unknown suboption slow_firstpass
Option x264encopts: Unknown suboption slowfirstpass
etc

Anyone know? TIA :)

There is no equivalent. mencoder doesn't have a "fast first pass" feature by default.
