sending avi movie to tv screen

IS there any software who let me send the .avi movie seen on pc to TV ? I can do it with a dvd playing on my pc in connecting my decoder to the video input on my tv, but I cant to do that with an .avi file cause it is windows media player who play it, and same about power dvd. If such a software exist, please let me know. Thanks

Just check your settings for PAL/NTSC in your BIOS or
in your Graphic card settings in Windows. If You live in Europe
then you should set both to PAL (i assume you bought TV in Europe)
otherwise set it to NTSC. Just play with settings..

divxplus can play avi files through a dvd decoder (h+) card.
